The convict was initially charged on July 7, 2014, on two numbers disturbing on ambush despite the fact that the offense was submitted on June 27, 2013.
Police prosecutor, Thomas Ojo, distinguished the casualty as one Odigie Stella Maris, and told the court that the convict punched the casualty on the head amid a fracas.
Ojo said the casualty was harmed on her temple. Okoro however argued not blameworthy to the charges.
Managing officer, Mrs. J. O. Ejale, discovered Okoro blameworthy in the first check and sentenced him to six detainment or an alternative of fine of N10, 000.
Ejale likewise sentenced him to one month detainment in check two or a choice of fine of N5, 000.
