According to him, “what is therefore paramount at the moment is the development of Idoma land”.

Why appreciating the good people of Benue South for their show of love and solidarity which was equally demonstrated at the poll, Senator Mark also acknowledged the role of the media in the just concluded senatorial rerun.

The former Senate President also extended arm of fellowship to his opponent and all those who fought him at the poll, saying the development of Idoma land is very paramount and urged the entire people of Zone C to join hands in making the district better than what it was yesterday.

“The election has come and gone, result declared and it’s gone! I have put it right behind me. I have to move forward now and think of what to do, to make the Idoma Nation greater than it is today.

“The young boys and young girls who stood solidly behind me, I want to appreciate you. I enjoin you to come on board, it’s our collective efforts that can move this nation forward”, he added.
